Rich is a perfectionist that won't tolerate even small imperfections. 2. To give his customers the highest quality products available at reasonable, affordable prices. Installing inferior products creates unhappy customers and frequent complaints. Rich doesn't need or want either of those in his flooring business and so he only sells and recommends the finest quality rugs, carpets, hardwood flooring, laminates, vinyl composite tiles (VCT) & luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) that you can buy. Rich is contacted by several different companies that want him to sell their flooring products, but he turns down virtually every one of them because the quality does not meet his high standards. Rich always says, "NO Compromises"!
3. To Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond for his customers. Rich knows that inviting strangers into your home or business can be a little uncomfortable and for some, maybe even cause anxiety.
